Several new Natlan map areas fromGenshin Impact5.2 have leaked, revealing what players can expect in terms of the expansion of the Nation of Pyro during the next major patch for the action RPG. It is worth noting that HoYoverse has already confirmed that Version 5.2 will not feature new Archon Quests in the Natlan arc. Still, it seems like the sixth Nation of Teyvat will continue to receive content, even if story details will shift away to other regions. For example, there areGenshin Impact5.2 leaks about a Dragonspine event, which would take players back to Mondstadt.

Version 5.2 will also see the releases of the playable versions of Chasca and Ororon, who have been presented as NPCs in the quests in the Nation of Pyro. The update will then allow players to pull from them in the gacha banners and, if they are obtained, use the characters in combat. With the start of the Version 5.2 beta tests, many details about the update are starting to emerge. This includes the gameplay kits for Chasca and Ororon, which haven’t been detailed by HoYoverse. The leaks also include details about theupcoming Natlan map areas inGenshin Impact.

Three New Natlan Map Areas Will Be Added With Genshin Impact 5.2

The Leaked Map Areas Have Been Roughly Translated

With the recent Version 5.2 leaks,it has been revealed that three new Natlan map areas will be added through the update. According to details provided by the leaker known as UTeyvat, which were shared in a post tagged as “Reliable” onReddit, the Chinese names for the areas are roughly translated to Mirror Wall Mountain, Qiaozhi Cliff, and Ochkanatlan. It is uncertain how these three leaked areas will be officially translated into English, but they provide a rough sense of what players can expect from the new zones in the Nation of Pyro inGenshin Impact5.2.

Leaked Natlan Map Areas In Genshin Impact Will Mostly Expand The Nation Westward

The Leaks Line Up With Previous Rumors

In another leak provided by an unknown leaker, which was also posted onReddit, a map render shows the three new zones added to the current Natlan map. From the image, it seems like the Nation of Pyro will mostly expand westward.A larger area to the west of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame will be addedand, from there, a larger area will be added northward, into what seems like an island with branching peninsulas. The last new area in the map leak is located to the northeast, just north of the Tequemecan Valley zone inGenshin Impact.

For further reference, the Tequemecan Valley area is where players can find the Children of the Echoes tribe, and it is one of the first sub-regions that they stumble upon while exploring Natlan.

These three leaked areas of the Natlan map in Version 5.2 had previously leaked before the new beta tests, so the new information seems to lend credence to the previous rumors and, in turn, is sustained by them when it comes to credibility.

You Should Be Excited For Genshin Impact 5.2 Character Banner Leaks' Promising Rerun

Rumors indicate that the Genshin Impact 5.2 banners have been leaked and they may feature a promising and highly anticipated rerun character.

While players may not get new Archon Quests to naturally push them toward exploration in the new map areas during Version 5.2, it is likely that the zones will have their World Quests that will help them further immerse themselves in the areas. Considering the new water areas inGenshin Impact5.2, the map expansion is significant.

Leaked Genshin Impact 5.2 Map Areas Double Natlan’s Size

There May Be More Map Expansions In The Future

From a rough analysis of the leaked map render,it seems like Natlan will nearly double in size with the upcoming patch. While the three new areas combined, in terms of land mass, may not match everything that was added with the first Natlan areas added with Version 5.0, the map itself, considering water areas, may grow to be twice its original size. This should give players tons of new content to explore. This goes from the aforementioned World Quests to smaller missions to complete. Additionally, these new leaked map areas from Version 5.2 should feature new mechanics.

A set of leaks about the newSaurian types inGenshin Impact5.2 were shared onReddit, and they mention graffiti and Phlogiston Engravings, which may be exclusive to the new zones added in the update. Furthermore, these new zones will likely be the home to new enemy types, which range from the leaked Saurian types themselves to new opponents from other humanoid factions, such as Sauroform Tribal Warriors. With two new characters confirmed for Version 5.2,there will likely be at least one new world boss for players to challenge within any of the newly leaked Natlan map areas.

Genshin Impact’s Character Building Is Getting A Whole Lot Easier

Several new quality-of-life updates are arriving to Genshin Impact, and one of them is going to make building characters a much smoother experience.

Even though the new map areas should not initially play a vital role in the Archon Quests since Version 5.2 will not introduce any new additions to the main story arc, it is likely that players will have to traverse the new regions in the future. Based on the campaign, the entire Nation of Pyro is at imminent risk of incursion from the Abyss, which could mean thatthe three leaked Natlan map areas from Version 5.2 will contain key locations and secrets to uncoverso as to defeat the enemies of the Pyro ArchonMavuika inGenshin Impact.

While Version 5.2 will seemingly expand the Natlan map to these three mentioned locations, perhaps doubling its size, this will likely not be the end of the new Natlan areas. In fact, previous leaks detailed more zones in the Nation of Pyro. This includes the volcano toward the southwest region, as well as another expansion of the map further northeast of the rumored new area– the latter is rumored to be directly connected to Sumeru’s Great Red Sand desert region, but it is uncertain if this will be added inGenshin Impact5.3 or in a future update.

You Can’t Miss Genshin Impact 5.2’s Events

One of the events in Genshin Impact 5.2 may be responsible for giving out a free and very rare cosmetic item to players who complete it in due time.

As reliable as the new Version 5.2 Natlan map leaks may seem, they should still be taken with a grain of salt. This is still a work in progress and, as such, it may still be subject to changes or postponements by HoYoverse ahead of the update’s release. While unlikely, there is even a chance that these leaks are incorrect and the future Natlan map looks entirely different. Furthermore, the rumored zones may have different English names upon release. Nevertheless, the leak shows that Natlan will be another big region with several hours of content to explore inGenshin Impact.
