Bill Hader revealed his daughter recently watchedIt Chapter 2and wasn’t a huge fan of the 2019 horror movie. The firstItmovie followed the members of the Losers Club as children, with the second movie featuring a 27-year time jump. Bill Hader joined theIt Chapter Twocastas the adult version of Richie Tozier. Upon its release,reviews forIt Chapter Twowere somewhat mixed, with many critics believing the first movie to be better, so Hader’s daughter is in the majority.
Hader appeared on theWhere Everybody Knows Your Namepodcast and admits to host Ted Danson that his daughter didn’t really likeIt Chapter Two. He claimed that his children don’t usually watch his movies at all, but sinceIt Chapter Twois a common horror movie to play at sleepovers, his daughter was exposed to it.
