The Final Arc Moves Steadily to Its Conclusion Once It Is Ready
For many famous shonen writers, especially those amongthe Big Three, a rushed conclusion is hardly ever the issue. With Yūki Tabata, the battles ofBlack Cloverare not yet finished as he wraps up various character arcs. The latest fight, Noelle vs. Acier, shows the former’s full reconciliation with her dismissive siblings, fully acknowledging her as their family’s greatest mage, surpassing their beloved mother. But given howBlack Cloverchapter #371 indicates Tabata’s plans to depict more action featuring the Black Bulls,more action will feature as the climax builds for the final arc.
As theorized byPikkuProgram on X, the Fall 2024 release ofBlack Cloverchapter #374, and possibly beyond, could follow up on the fight between Lucius' resurrected paladin, Morgen Faust, against Nacht Faust and Ichika Yami, with Captain Yami sustaining a grave injury from Morgen.This is largely due to the promotion forBlack Clover’snext installment, featuring an image of Yami behind Asta, with no other characters featured. Given the original tragedy that killed Morgen in the first place,this could be an opportunity for a proper farewell between brothers, with other fights for the Black Bulls likely to end similarly. Whether this means individual-tailored fights, or a chapter dedicated to their massive feats in fighting Lucius' paladins, is anybody’s guess for now asBlack Cloverapproaches its climax.

Still, with Noelle completing her character arc in her fight against Acier and the Silva family finally embracing her and becoming a proper unit, other characters deserve their moments in the spotlight. This means Yami and Ichika could have a proper reconciliation, provided he survives his wound from Morgen, and everybody from Vanessa to Charmy, Gordon, and Gauche could have a worthy final achievement in battle. Given the potential for these confrontations to crack into the best fights inBlack Clover, Tabata is surely not taking this lightly as he prepares the series for its finale.
