If you beat the Duskveil boss first, you won’t be able to fight against Scorpionlord.

Once you’ve beaten Daoist, head to theBounds of Deity’s Abode Keeper’s Shrine. Climb the stairs here, and you’ll reach the area where you’ll find Scorpionlord drinking on top of a hut. Start the battle by breaking a pot. However, before doing that, make sure you haveupgraded your armorand are equipped to yourbest abilities inBlack Myth: Wukong.

How To Defeat The Scorpionlord Boss
Time Your Attacks And Dodges Correctly
Scorpionlord is a powerful boss inBlack Myth: Wukongthat cantake you down with just two attacks. His attacks have high damage output and can poison you, leaving lasting poison damage. This makes him a formidable foe to beat. To succeed against Scorpionlord, timing his attacks, dodging, and being aggressive is a must. Scorpionlord has a total of five attacks, which are:
Description
Triple Spinning Stinger
Scorpionlord raises his stinger above his head and then launches an attack. The stinger spins three times to try and hit you.
4 Stinger Combo
Scorpionlord swings its stinger four times in an attempt to hit you. The first swing is upward, the second is a slam, the third is a spin, and the fourth is a thrust.
Scorpionlord charges you with his pincers.
Double Stinger Thrust
Scorpionlord thrusts its stinger at you once. There’s a two-second delay before the stinger is thrust at you again. Poison is left on the ground.
Digging Pincer
Scorpionlord burrows underground and then attacks you from below.
When the fight starts,Scorpionlord will perform his Triple Spinning Stinger attack. As the name suggests, this ruthless boss will spin his stinger towards you three times. Dodging this attack isn’t easy, so make sure to watch his stinger carefully to know when he’s about to launch this attack, andthen put some distance between you and him.
If you’re low on health, you can retreat and heal. However, do so sparingly, as healing leaves you open and vulnerable to attacks from Scorpionlord’s tail from a distance, which will result in a 50% health drop.
When Scorpionlord uses his combo on you, dodge repeatedly to one side until the attack stops. The Pincer Attack can be countered by dodging to either side. Double Stinger Thrust will reveal a glowing stinger. When this happens, dodge to either side for both stings while avoiding the poison left behind on the ground. For Digging Pincer, keep an eye on the ground and dodge when you seea gust of wind,as this signals he’s about to come up.
While it might be tempting to mash the dodge button repeatedly, don’t. Instead, time your dodges precisely by watching Scorpionlord’s attacks.
The longer the battle goes on,the more aggressive Scorpionlord becomes. you may use your Pluck of Many spells to summon your clones for a distraction. Use Immobilize when Scorpionlord is in the midst of an attack to stun him.
Cloud Step is useful in dealing damage and causing Scorpionlord to stagger and is best used early on. Wind Tamer will also cause Scorpionlord to stagger, as will your Spirit Wandering Wight. When staggered, please take this opportunity touse combos or your clones to attack him. Once you’ve beaten him, you’ll obtain the following rewards:
