Companion’scast is full of impressive stars that bring plenty of genre experience to the horror-comedy sci-fi. Directed and written by Drew Hancock,Companionis a take on a weighty sci-fi concept. What makes it particuarly fun is the way it incorporates a lot ofthriller elements and dark comedy. Much ofCompainionremains rooted on these characters, with almost the entire plot occurring in Segey’s house or the nearby woods. This isolated nature allows the film to remain almost focused on that core cast.
