Once you’ve unlocked The Fallen Fortress inDisney Dreamlight Valley’s Everafter region, you will automatically unlock a quest with Flynn that will give you access to the Fairy Tale Trial of the area. Depending on whether you unlocked The Fallen Fortress or Teapot Falls first, this may be the second or final Fairy Tale Trial for you to complete.
The other Fairy Tale Trials all work similarly to the one you completed tounlock Flynn inDisney Dreamlight Valley. Before you may open the portal to enter it, you’ll need to complete the quest with Flynn, which gives you the required Fairy Tale armor. Once you have that, pull the lever to lower the bridge leading to the trial and enter the portal.

Puzzle 1: Find The Knight’s Flag
Upon entering the Fairy Tale Trial, you’ll be faced with a closed door and Flynn on the other side. To open the door,interact with the knight on the right side to spin it into the correct position, matching the armor on the left side of the door. When you’ve done this correctly, the door will open, revealing a room containing three suits of armor. Upon closer inspection, you’ll notice each suit of armor is missing something.

To complete this trial, you’ll need to find the missing Helmet, Shield, and Flagand return them to the corresponding armor. For the flag, go past the armor and to the immediate left. There will be some inkies for you to clear, but beyond those, there will be a chest and a set of stairs.After breaking the rocks at the bottom of the stairs, ascend them to find the missing flag at the top. Return the flag to the suit of missing armor by interacting with it and placing it from your inventory.
Puzzle 2: Find The Knight’s Shield
For the shield, go to the back left corner of the room with the Knights in it, on the same side that the flag was found on, and you should find a door with a lever next to it. Useyour Royal Nettool to spin the lever and open the door. After following the corridor to the end,you’ll reach a room with Knights on either side and a large curtain in the center. Go up the steps to the left where the three Knights stand side by side andspin the middle one so it matches the others.

When that’s done, head across the room and up the stairs on the other side tofix the Knight on the far left the same way you did with the other. Once fixed, go back down the stairs and over to the Knight on the left side of the large curtain. Turn it so it’s properly facing out, and then a curtain should open, revealing a chest containing the shield. Take the shield back to the missing Knight and place it with the armor.
Puzzle 3: Find The Knight’s Helmet
The last thing to find is the Knights helmet, which you’ll find by heading down the hall on the right side of the room with the Knights. At the end of the hallway, you’ll see a fountain with a fishing spot inside it, but there’s a small wall blocking the way. Follow the stairs to your left around the room and to a secret room with a lever.There will be a riddle telling you to fish in the fountain for the helmet.

To complete the riddle,turn every knight 180 degrees from their original positionso they are each facing behind them towards the paintings. None of the knights should be facing the same direction.
