This is based on Clea’s comments that she and Doctor Strange need to stop an incursion, which is exactly the Black Priests' mission in Marvel Comics.
The identity of the other members of the Black Priests in Marvel Comics was kept hidden, though they were implied to not be truly alive, but only be feigning life, perhaps being individuals created by the multiverse to serve as its protectors.
