Technically never trading blows in officialDragon Ballcanon, Gohan and Broly have tussled in 1994’s out-of-continuityDragon Ball Z: Broly - Second Comingfilm — a tale that centered around Gohan battling Broly in various no-holds-barred bouts that wowed fellow Z-Fighters and fans alike. Taking on Goku and Vegeta and hilariously wiping the floor with Frieza inDragon Ball Super: Broly, this Legendary Saiyan has yet to meet Gohan as a true canon member of the anime series, making Fellipe’s incredibly badass fanart that much more exciting to see and speculate over.
Allowing Gohan to once again take center stage to show off just how powerful he is — à la hisbadass turn inDragon Ball Super: Super Hero—Fellipe draws a battle-ravaged Super Saiyan Gohan powering up an energy blast as an already Super Saiyan Broly flashes a villainous grinin the sky above him. Captioning this movie poster art with the titleThe Return of Broly, Fellipe sets Gohan and Brody’s fight on an exploding planet, with the piece’s detailed Akira Toriyama-like art style selling an idea that begs to be properly explored in mainDragon Ballcontinuity.

Gohan and Broly Need To Fight in OfficialDragon BallContinuity
Broly is currently acting as a friend and sparring partner inDragon Ball Super’s on-hiatus manga but with the character’s infinite rage and savage tendencies always bubbling beneath the surface, thisReturn of Brolyfanart becomes far more realizable than fans might think, especially if he loses control again as he’s wont to do. DespiteDragon Ball Daima’s premierebeing right around the corner,Dragon Ball’s next film has yet to be officially announced, so fans should cross their fingers that when it is, it’ll feature aGohanandBrolybrawl rivaling their epic unofficial fights from three decades ago.

Dragon Ball
From the creative mind of Akira Toriyama, Dragon Ball is a mega multimedia franchise that spans back to the 1980s. Dragon Ball expanded quickly, starting as a serialized manga for Weekly Shonen Jump in Japan. It made its way overseas via manga and an anime adaptation that is enjoyed worldwide. Dragon Ball was the initial starting animated series that followed the adventures of the young Son Goku as he sought after the Dragon Balls. These mystical orbs would grant the wish of any who gathered them together. Then, the series would branch off into the immensely popular Dragon Ball Z, which followed Goku as an adult and featured high-intensity battles and Goku’s never-ending search to be the strongest. The series has also enjoyed several popular video game adaptations and continues to release several new animated series and theatrical films up to the recent popular Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.
