There are always new costumes getting added toMarvel Rivals, which is fun and makes the game and the characters feel new. However, it’s even more special when there is a new season, and the Hellfire Gala has given us brand-new characters and some very cool skins for Season 2. We have seen both glimpses of old skins in the new trailer for the season, as well as costumes that will presumably be coming soon.
There were a lot ofnew costumes early in 2025 forMarvel Rivals, but even more are coming. We have seen a trailer for Season 2 as well as one for the Battle Pass,so we have a good idea as to what’s coming. There are a lot of exciting things coming for the game, and I think Season 2 might just be the best one yet.

16Bruce Banner
Joe Fixit Costume
Bruce Banner/Hulk will begetting his Joe Fixit costume as part of the Battle Pass. This is known because we have also gotten a trailer of the newMarvel Rivalscostumes in the Battle Pass.
We don’t know where he will be on the list, but he’s an exciting addition to the roster.

“It’s Going To Make Rocket A Lot Less Fun To Play”: Players React To Major Marvel Rivals Nerf
Marvel Rivals is set to begin its second season with a lot of character adjustments, and players aren’t happy about Rocket Raccoon’s nerfs.
We haven’t seen an image of Grey Hulk yet, just the Bruce Banner version. It first appeared in(Grey Hulk)Hulk#1 (1962) and(Joe Fixit) Hulk#324. This looks like it will be an epic rarity costume, so it will not likely have any new features.
15Black Widow
2022 Hellfire Gala
Black Widow is getting her Hellfire Gala attirefrom the 2022Miles Morales: Spider-Man#139 Hellfire Gala variant edition. It’s also an epic rarity costume and fits with the theme for the season. We do also know that this will be on the Battle Pass, but there are no other details on this costume as of yet.
14Captain America
Hellfire Gala Costume
This version of Captain America’s costume also comes from a Hellfire cover variant, this one being fromAvengers#57 (2022). Additionally, this is also a Battle Pass costume, so players will be able to get it with the purchase of the season’s Battle Pass. We don’t have much to go off of with this one, but Captain America does look quite different in this variant so you will get to see a different side of him.
13Black Panther
Royal Wakandan Garb
So far as we know at the moment, this is anew costume forMarvel Rivals, and it shows T’Challa off in a very royal-looking Wakandan garb. It looks very nice, but not much, if anything, is known about it beyond that. This is also the first one in theMarvel RivalsSeason 2 trailer that wasn’t in the Battle Pass trailer.
I am betting, based on the fact that we don’t see this listed in the Battle Pass, that this is going to be available in the costume store.
12Luna Snow
Hellfire Gala New Design
This costume is reportedly designed byPeach Momoko, according toMarvel Rivals Intelon X. It is a new costume for the game, as Luna doesn’t appear in the Hellfire Gala in the comics. Many have compared the costume to Cruella de Vil, and it does have a similar vibe to it.
However, it is quite fancy and gives the k-pop star a very different look from her usual appearance. It is in the Battle Pass trailer, so we will be able to acquire it with that purchase.
11Wolverine
Wolverine also has a brand new costume for theHellfire Gala inMarvel Rivals, and this has him dressed up in a white suit jacket and black pants.
Is Marvel Rivals' decision to release a new hero every month the right move?
Alongside the trailer for Marvel Rivals season 2, it was revealed that starting with season 3, all new seasons of the game will last two months. Since two new heroes will be added to Marvel Rivals every season, the game will have a new playable character every month. From a gamer’s point of view, I’m very excited, as trying out new heroes and getting to see my favorite characters join the game is great. That said, I’m intrigued by how the team behind Marvel Rivals will be able to accomplish such an ambitious move, which could backfire.
It certainly doesn’t prevent him from fighting, as you can see in the image of him killing an Ultron drone. He is not in the Battle Pass trailer, so it is likely that this will be a store costume.
10Scarlet Witch
Chaos Gown
Another look inspired by the comics, this one comes from the Hellfire Gala variant cover ofMoon Knight#12 (2021). Unlike the others, we do know a little bit more about this costume, asMarvel Rivalsannounced on theDiscordthat there would be an event that wouldallow players to play matches and earn this costume and a nameplate for free, starting April 11.
It also announced thatshe would come with a new team-up ability with Doctor Strange, although we don’t know exactly what that looks like yet. Hopefully, this will be a great addition to the roster, as Scarlet Witch can be a pretty devastating character in the right hands.
9Cloak & Dagger
This costume also seems to be new for the Hellfire Gala, and features the duo in some pretty nice attire, almost swapping their colors. Likewise,we know they will be part of the Battle Pass, thanks to the new trailer. Otherwise, we don’t know much about this costume yet, but it should be a good one as this pair continues to be many people’s main.
8Magik
Classic X-Men Costume
Magik is a Battle Pass addition toSeason 2 inMarvel Rivals, and that is likely why she got a different costume than most of the other characters. Instead of having a fancy outfit for the Hellfire Gala, she is getting a classic X-Men costume look. The Battle Pass often has at least one or two costumes that look different or are part of a separate costume line, and that’s what this one likely is.
7Psylocke
Classic X-men Costume
Like Magik, this version of Psylocke has her in a matching X-men costume, and it is going to be available on the Battle Pass. She looks pretty cool in this version, although I think it would have been nice to see both her and Magik get dressed up as well. However, they have both had a lot of great costumes already, so it is nice to see other characters get some love as well.
