Thankfully,this new solo venture will allow Magik to flex her magical muscles, an exciting promise for fans of Illyana who have missed seeing the sorceress side of the iconic hero. When Magik was a New Mutant she would use spells often - like casting a powerful protective barrier inDemon Bear- so it will be exciting to see her utilize these skills prominently once again.
