In Chapter Six, Season One,Fortniteintroduced adorable little magic-infused Sprites that assist players in battle. There are three types of Sprites, each with different effects when thrown. Water Sprites restore health and shields to nearby players, Air Sprites are the new movement tool of the season and create updrafts of wind that will help players to fly, and Earth Sprites —which cannot be picked up— give players rewards in return for being fed certain items.
Players can carry the Sprites with them and take advantage of their special perks orreturn them to Sprite Shrines. Returning them to the Sprite Shrines will reward players with loot. To take advantage of these perks, players must know where to look.

Every Sprite Location In Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1
Follow The Light After Jumping From The Battle Bus
Sprites are found all overFortnite’sseason six map. So far, I’ve mostly found Water and Air Sprites, with the occasional Earth Sprite thrown in. Either way, I favor the Water Sprites for their health- and shield-restoring abilities. I’ve found Sprites near points of interest, but I’ve also come across a few out in the open. Sprite Shrines will help you find these cute little critters, and you’ll see them after you jump off the Battle Bus. Justlook out for the light they emit from the top.

Once you’ve encountered Sprite Shrines, interact with them to reveal the location of nearby Sprites. They won’t appear on the map, but you can see them on the overworld. Followthe marker that appears on the overworld to find them. You can pick them up and carry them with you. Throwing them down grants you a temporary perk, but for the real reward, return them to their Shrines.
Many players will flock towards these Shrines early on, so stay alert and ready to fight.

There are several Sprite Shrines to find inFortnite, and it’s easy to find them once you realize they give off light. However, if you’re wondering where you may find all the Sprite Shrines and Sprites, here’s a list of the locations I have found:
I’ve found that a few of thesepopular landing spot locationshave more specific Sprites than others. For example, I’ve found more Water Sprites around snowy and wooded areas like Demon’s Dojo and Magic Mosses. I’ve also found Air Sprites in Magic Mosses and the Nightshift Forest. Earth Sprites have been a little trickier for me to find, but I have found a few around Demon’s Dojo. While looking for Sprites,be on the lookout for NPC’s, too. They can befound in various locationsand sell great items that can further improve your gameplay.

How To Return All Sprites
Return Sprites To Sprite Shines For Awesome Rewards
While carrying the cute Sprites around can benefit you in the short term bythrowing them down and using their unique advantages, it’s better in the long term toreturn them to their Shrines and reap the rewards. Throwing the Sprites down and using their abilities often means losing them. However, if you return them to their Shrines, you’ll receive rewards you’re able to carry throughout the game.
One of those rewards is the Boon, which acts much like the Augments inFortnite’sChapter 4. Boons grant a permanent power-up that will help you in battle. To return Sprites to their Shrines, interact with a Shrine to find nearby Sprites, hunt them down and pick them up, and then return to the Shrine. Interact with the Shrine while holding the Sprite to receive loot. This only works with Air and Water Sprites, though, as Earth Sprites cannot be picked up. Returning Air and Water Sprites guarantees you a random Boon.

Boons come in four types:Fire, Water, Wind, and Void. Each grants a special perk. These Boons will help you take downFortnite’slatest bossesas well as other players.

Collecting all four Boons will make you a challenging opponent on the battlefield. You’ll gain a significant edge over other players with their combined effects. To maximize their unique effects, hit the Sprite Shrines early on and collect as many Boons as possible, and you’ll have no problems dominatingFortnite’sChapter Six, Season One.
