Pokémom Trading Card Game Pockettakes all the fun of collecting Pokémon cards and places them in a mobile game, including some from different regions. Part of that fun is collecting cards in different languages, andTCG Pocketdoesn’t skip out on that element, either. The game supports nine languages, including the original language of Pokémon cards, Japanese.

Keen-eyed players may have noticed the language option at the top left of each card display. If you’re like me, you may have thought initially that this is where you can change languages. That icon is where players cansee what other languages they’ve collected for that specific card. In other words,Pokémon TCG Pocketlets you collect Japanese versions of each card and all the other languages.

you may increase your chances of getting JapaneseTCGPocketcards from Wonder Picks bysending friend requests to Japanese speakers. Does Pokémon TCG Pocket Let You Have English & Japanese Cards?

Cards in TCG Pocket Will Remain In The Language, With One Exception

Put, any cards you get that are in a different language will remain in that language indefinitely. This means thatPokémon TCG Pocketallows players to collect both English and Japanese cardssimultaneously. The only caveat is that you cannot use a Japanese card in a match if your app language isn’t Japanese. If your only version of a card is in Japanese, you can use it in abattle inTCG Pocket, but it will be automatically translated into English (or your set app language).

Also, keep in mind that it’s possible to sacrifice a foreign language card to create flair. The game will warn you before it does this and even let you select which language cards you want the transfer to use. Other than these two cases,Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocketallows avid collectors to catch ‘em all in any (or all) of the languages the app supports.
