The Rotten Tomatoes score has been revealed forThe Bondsman. The Prime Video series is a supernatural horror show whereinBacon plays a bounty hunter named Hub Halloranwho is brought back to life after dying and now has to do a different kind of hunting. In addition to Bacon, the show features a leading cast including Jennifer Nettles, Beth Grant, Jolene Purdy, and Maxwell Jenkins. It is set to release its full eight-episode season on Prime Video tomorrow, April 3.

The Trailer Looked Promising
After seeingThe Bondsman’s trailer, I am not entirely surprised by this strong debut. Not only does the show have supernatural elements, but it seems to imbue a sharp sense of dark humor along the way.This makes for a great role for Bacon, giving him a fun role to play. It is also an exciting opportunity for Purdy, who broke out in the first episode ofThe White Lotusseason 1, and gets a chance for a bigger role here. IfThe Bondsmandoes as well with audiences as it has with critics, the show could be likely to get a season 2.
