Avery accepts, and though they go through a couple of absurd but funny obstacles, Avery eventually gets Erica’s approval.
Unfortunately for Avery and Logan, Callum eavesdrops on one of their conversations and learns that they dated, Avery ate the cookies and blamed the dog, and they are pretending not to know each other. Callum tells them he won’t say anything if they do as he says, so they have to pick him up after a night of partying and later Logan gives him the Secret Santa gift he got for Avery as Callum doesn’t have a present for his mother. After the Secret Santa exchange goes wrong because Logan gave Callum the wrong present, the night takes a wilder turn.
