One benefit to stealing, besides gaining those sweet, sweet credits, is in the achievements for the game. The achievement “Easy Pickings” requires players to pickpocket a customer in a cantina on each ofthe many planets inStar Wars: Outlaws. How To Steal in Star Wars: Outlaws

Use Nix And Steal To Your Heart’s Content

Participating in the criminal scum and villainy ofStar Wars: Outlawshas never been so easy, especially when playersutilize Kay’s adorable, trusty sidekick Nix. To steal from NPC marks with Nix, press the Pet Command to see what options are nearby for pickpocketing.

The Pet Command for different platforms is: PS5 - L1, Xbox - LB, PC - Q

Available targets for pickpocketing will be highlighted in blue with a Nix icon, indicating that the space axolotl can pinch their goods without raising any suspicions.Hover over the highlighted target, and a simple “steal” prompt will pop up that sends Nix scampering overto pickpocket the unsuspecting target. Once Nix has begun, a quick time event prompt will appear for you to press so that Nix succeeds. After that, Nix will shoot right back over with the stolen loot for players to collect.
