Star Trek Day2024 launches “Take The Chair, Make An Impact,” a global campaign to commemorate the premiere ofStar Trek: The Original Serieson July 24, 2025.Star Trekhaspartnered and will donate to three nonprofits that embody the values of the franchise:Code.org, giving every K-12 student the opportunity to learn computer science;DoSomething.org,fueling young people to change the world; andOutright International,advocating for LGBTIQ inclusion and equality globally. 25% of sales of select items at the official Star Trek shop will benefit these three organizations.

Star Trek’s “Take the Chair” campaign invites fans to see themselves in theUSS Enterprise’siconic captain’s chair and ask themselves,“What would I do if I were setting the course to the future?”A digital experience will be available to fans worldwide on StarTrek.com.In addition, three Star Trek Day pop-up events open the weekend of September 6th. The Taste of Chicago will feature the Starship Enterprise’scaptain’s chair for fan photo ops. On September 8, activations at the ALEXA Mall in Berlin, Germany, and the Richmond Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia will feature a modern architectural interpretation of the captain’s chair crafted from sustainable materials. At all activations, fans are invited to “Take the Chair,” capture a photo, obtain a personalized mission, and receive a limited edition enamel pin.
Star Trek Day also celebrates the premiere episodes ofeveryStar Trekserieson Paramount+.The followingStar Trekepisodes will be available to watch for free from September 7-13on Paramount+ partner platforms (Amazon, Apple, Roku), Paramount+’s Official YouTube page, Pluto TV, and on the Paramount+ free content hub (US only):
