As far asThe 2D Adventures of Rotating Octopus Charactergoes, it seems like the objective is to keep Rotating Octopus Character alive while collecting smaller, non-ambulatory octopuses. ROC’s googly eyes and squiggly frame are totallypresh, complimented nicely the smooth animation.
