Our Take On The Diplomat’s Early Season 3 Renewal
The Show Clearly Has A Multi-Season Plan In Place
Given the quick renewal ofThe Diplomat, it appears the political thriller has a strong plan in place for where its story is going to go. Season 1 ended with the bombshell reveal thatUK Prime Minister Nicol Trowbridge (Rory Kinnear) has ties to the Russian terrorist organization, meaning a deeper conspiracy is likely to form over the course of the rest of the series. With plenty of ways the show could develop from here, season 3’s confirmation is a sign as to the number of plans in place for the show’s future.
