Into the Badlands is a futuristic action series in a post-apocalyptic America

The epic action series spanned 32 episodes across three seasons before the series ended in 2019.Into the Badlandstakes place 500 years into the future in a post-apocalyptic America that is controlled by feudal lords. The series follows a warrior namedRegent Sunny, played by Daniel Wu, who is regarded as one of the most dangerous “Head Clippers”, which are a group of lethal fighters who fight for a feudal lord named Baron Quinn.
Sunny comes across a young boy with mysterious powers known as M.K., played by Aramis Knight. Sunny tries to bring him in to train him as a Clipper but soon discovers that his strange powers are somehow connected to a dark secret about his past. Sunny becomes inspired to discover more about his own origin story and must venture beyond the Badlands to find out the truth. He must also help his lover Veil who is illegally pregnant with his child.
