Peter Is The Current Venom Host, But Will He Be The Final Host?

The first major host of the Venom symbiote was Peter Parker. This was duringSpider-Man’s iconic black suit era, andPeter is also the only host of the Venom symbiote that “got away.“The Venom symbiote was perfectly happy bonded to Peter, but after Peter realized it was alien in nature, he managed to escape it. Now that the Venom symbiote has found its way back to Peter, who seems to even be open to wearing it this time,it’s hard to imagine any host who would be more perfect for it. The Venom symbiote hasalwayswanted to return to Peter, and now it has.

The other host to the Venom symbiote, and by far the most popular, is Eddie Brock. Eddie and the Venom symbiote bonded over their mutual hatred of Spider-Man. It’s even where the “Venom” name originated, as it was named after the fact Eddie was forced into a miserable job because of Peter. Of all the hosts the Venom symbiote has had over the years, Eddie is the one who brought out the worst of it in the beginning, which made them a perfect pair. While it’s currently unknown why Peter wants it, Dylan wants it since he feels his father is irresponsible with the power of it, and Eddie wants it to prevent a world where Venom consumes the entire planet. Because of this, they all believe they’re in the right and will do anything to be the last one standing.
